What You'll Do: * Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. * Manage Warehouse Teams: Motivate and develop Shift Managers and warehouse staff to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. * Ensure Quality & Compliance: Uphold health & safety standards and drive adherence to operational procedures and BRCGS requirements. * Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and retention. What You Bring: * Proven experience in managing warehouse operations within a multi-customer 3PL environment. * Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including goods in, inventory control, and dispatch. * Excellent leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and driving performance. * A commitment to safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
