Accept Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business within the sheet metal and fabrication sector in the Wakefield, Normanton area. Due to continued investment and expansion, we are seeking 2 experienced or aspiring Press Brake Operatives to join a busy, high-performing production environment. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and progression.
Daily duties:
- Setting and operating CNC press brake machines
- Working from technical/engineering drawings
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Carrying out routine quality checks
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
- Supporting wider production operations where required
Requirements:
- Previous press brake operating experience
- Experience within fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or similar qualification)
Benefits:
- £17.00 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm ROTATIONAL (MON - FRI)
