We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse operation in the Tamworth area.
Location: Tamworth / Dordon
Shift Pattern: Sunday-Thursday
Hours: 10:00-18:30
Pay Rate:
- £13.90 per hour for the first 12 weeks (probation period)
- £14.70 per hour after 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily warehouse operation
- Managing and motivating a team
- Monitoring productivity and performance
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Assisting management with operational tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory warehouse experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations
