Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to join our expanding Engineering and Technical team.
The Role
As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent
- Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records
- Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous resourcing/recruitment experience preferred
- Open to different sector background as training will be provided
- Interest in or knowledge of the engineering sector is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, target-driven attitude
