Accept Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and physically fit Production Operative to join our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Market Harborough, LE16 area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifting bags and buckets of product (up to 25kg) into cooking and mixing vessels (shoulder-height lifting required)
- Cooking products following standard procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Manually transporting cooked product to the depositor area
- For the right candidate, full training will be provided to operate the depositor and lidding system
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle heavy items regularly
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to learn and follow strict food hygiene and safety processes
- Positive, team-focused attitude
Location: Market Harborough
Pay Rate: £12.41 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
