Experienced TIG Welder - Nottingham - £14.00 to £17.00 per hour - Days or Nights - Permanent Accept Recruitment is working with an established precision engineering and fabrication manufacturer in Nottingham. They're recruiting two experienced TIG Welders, one on days and one on nights, to join their skilled production team. You'll work on the shop floor, producing high-quality fabricated components to customer specifications. This isn't a trainee role. The business is looking for experienced TIG Welders who need no training and can contribute from day one. The Role * TIG welding fabricated components to drawings and customer specifications * Producing high-quality cosmetic and structural welds * Welding stainless steel and mild steel, with aluminium work as well * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Working accurately with close attention to detail * Inspecting your own work and keeping quality standards high * Working independently with minimal supervision * Following site safety and quality procedures What You'll Need * At least 1 year of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment * Confidence welding stainless steel and mild steel * The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * The ability to produce high-quality cosmetic and structural welds * Pride in the quality and finish of your work * A positive attitude and strong work ethic Desirable * At least 1 year of experience TIG welding aluminium * A background in sheet metal, precision fabrication or thin-gauge work What's On Offer * £14.00 to £17.00 per hour, depending on experience * A night shift allowance of £21 per night * A choice of day or night shift * Overtime available * A permanent, full-time position * A modern manufacturing facility with on-site parking * A stable and growing business * A friendly and supportive team environment * A wide variety of precision engineering projects to work on How to Apply Interested?
