Location: NN6 Crick (Newly Opened Site)

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Occasional Additional Days Available)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

About the Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our clients newly opened site in Crick. If you are a hardworking individual who enjoys a hands-on role and is comfortable with heavy lifting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, re-work and shipping orders.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work occasional additional days as needed.
