Accept Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced MHE Instructor for our well-established and reputable client based in Kirby Muxloe. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified trainer to join a fast-paced warehouse operation and play a key role in upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver MHE training (basic and refresher) across all on-site equipment (PPT, LLOP, CB, Reach)
- Ensure all trainees are fully authorised before operating machinery
- Support and coach staff on safe working practices
- Review SSOWs and operational processes, taking ownership of the site training plan
- Engage with departments to ensure training refreshers are completed and compliance standards are consistently met
- Work closely with team leaders to align training with operational needs
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Carry out equipment checks and ensure safety standards are met
- Support general warehouse operations when required
Requirements
- Valid RTITB / ITSSAR (or equivalent) MHE Trainer or Instructor certification
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude
