Accept Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced 7.5T and Class 2 drivers to support our established client in the meat and food distribution sector. The usual shift is Tuesday to Friday, occasional Monday with start times between 5:30am-6:30am.
Full training provided with another driver during the first week.
- Driving 7.5T or Class 2 vehicles
- Multi-drop deliveries (anything between 5-15 drops per route)
- Manual handling of meat products within temperature-controlled vehicles
- Use of hoist and rail systems for loading/unloading
- Paper-based delivery paperwork (attention to detail essential)
This role involves manual handling of meat products, including:
Full briefing provided prior to first shift.
- Valid 7.5T(C1) / Class 2 (C) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Comfortable with manual handling
