The role involves the collection and transportation of animal by-products, including meat by-products , between suppliers and our Coalville facility. Due to the nature of the materials being transported, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working within this environment and understands the importance of hygiene, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional driver with a good knowledge of UK roads and transport regulations. Ideally, you will live in Coalville or the surrounding area to ensure a reliable commute to the site. Key Responsibilities Drive Company vehicles safely and professionally for the collection and transportation of animal and meat by-products. Carry out collections from suppliers and deliver materials to the Coalville facility. Ensure all loads are transported safely, securely, and in accordance with Company procedures and applicable regulations. Complete all required delivery, collection, and transport documentation accurately. Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
