We are currently recruiting for an organised and enthusiastic Exhibition Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. While previous experience in exhibitions or sales is an advantage, full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients * Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls * Process client orders accurately and efficiently * Assist with the planning and scheduling of social media posts to support marketing campaigns Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial * Previous experience in exhibitions or sales is desirable but not essential Details: * Office-based role in Arley, Coventry * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Additional hours may be required during peak periods * Salary: £25,500 – £28,000 depending on experience * Permanent position We reserve the right to close this vacancy once a sufficient number of applications have been received.
