We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our fast-paced logistics and warehouse team in NN6 Crick. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain by safely operating your truck, managing stock, and supporting general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to load, unload, and transport materials across the site.
  • Organise, stack, and safely store goods in designated warehouse or yard locations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-shift safety checks on your forklift and report any defects immediately.
  • Accurately move stock for replenishment, goods-in, and dispatch processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist with general warehousing tasks (e.g., picking, packing, and maintaining a clean work environment) when required off the truck.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must have a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
  • Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety-first workplace practices.
  • Physically fit and comfortable stepping off the forklift to assist with general manual warehouse duties when required.
  • Reliable team player with a flexible attitude toward shift work.
