Accept Recruitment are currently looking for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in LE9, Desford. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on, light assembly work in a stable, long-term role. You’ll be working in the assembly department, focusing primarily on manual tasks such as syringe gluing and product assembly for bespoke point-of-sale display units found in major UK retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gluing and assembling components by hand using syringes
- Working with plastic and cardboard display units
- Following clear instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly
- Rotating across various basic tasks depending on production needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Preparing items for packing or dispatch as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to carry out light manual work while standing

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
