Warehouse Operative Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Warwick, CV34. This is an excellent opportunity for Warehouse Operative who is looking for stability and the chance to secure a permanent position. Position: Warehouse Operative Location: Warwick, CV34 Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour, increasing to £12.25 per hour in April Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 5 pm – 5 am Duration: 12-week temporary contract with the potential for permanent placement. Warehouse Operative Role: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include: • Order Picking and Packing: Use manual pick sheets and RF scanners accurately order pick and pack to fulfil orders. • Stock Management: Check deliveries against stock notes and ensure items are stored in the correct locations. • Heavy Lifting: Safely handle items weighing up to 25kg as part of daily tasks. • Warehouse Operations: Support general warehouse duties to maintain an efficient and organised workspace. Warehouse Operative Experience Required: • Warehouse Experience: Recent experience in a warehouse environment is essential. • Goods-In Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in goods-in operations. • Physical Fitness: The ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting, is essential. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and a proactive approach to work are key to ensuring smooth operations.
