As a Workday Recruiting Lead, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Recruiting domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Recruiting functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday.

Qualification:

• Proven experience and certifications in the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services; Workday Recruiting.
• Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Recruiting agendas.
• Up to date Workday HCM / Recruiting certifications.
• Additional certifications in Workday.
• Knowledge of other Recruiting solutions.
• Hands-on Workday experience.
