As a Learning Lead: You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Learning domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Learning functionalities.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
- Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services; Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence and others.
- Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence and Time Tracking
- Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
- Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
Set yourself apart:
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Learning agendas
- Up to date Workday HCM / Learning certifications
- Knowledge of other Learning solutions (Cornerstone, Degreed etc.)
- Experience in combining Learning with Skills
- Demonstrable, professional Workday experience
