As a Workday Delivery Lead/Project Manager, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Leading Workday HCM projects implementation using the Workday methodology, making use of your excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Acting as a business advisor, being able to diagnose how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve return on investment
- Creating, mobilising, and leading the governance of the project
- Coordinating, facilitating, and hosting client workshops throughout the different phases of the project
- Creating, resourcing, mobilising, managing, coaching, and acting as a linking pin for our global implementation teams (including functional, integrations, data, reporting/analytics, data, process, enablement)
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services, Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and others
- Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking, as well as the Technical Workstreams (e.g. Data, Integrations, Reporting, and Testing)
- Ability to create, mobilise, and run governance and budget structures and processes (e.g. SteerCos, change control, status reporting)
- Client advisory on a range of HR Transformation and Workday topics
- Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Fluency in English
