As a Technology Architecture Manager, Commerce, you will:
- Be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Commerce Data Platforms that consolidate and activate customer data across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, IT, and analytics to ensure that the CDP integrates seamlessly with existing systems and drives actionable insights for personalised customer engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Architecture: Define and lead the technical strategy for Commerce solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather data requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and oversee the design of product catalogue (Search, Filter, Brows), Shopping Cart & Checkout, Payment Integration, Order Management, user Authentication & Authorization, Reviews and Ratings, Notifications, etc.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with CMS, MarTech and Enterprise architecture teams to create a well-suited architectural landscape for client business and define technical dependencies.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and vendors that best meet the client's needs.
- Workshops & Documentation: Lead solution design workshops and deliver comprehensive architectural documentation and client presentations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends in commerce, storefront and data analytics and integrate best practices into your solutions.
