We are seeking a Consultant with strong advisory consulting experience and a history of strategic cost reduction and/or sourcing & procurement projects. The Sourcing & Procurement community is a key component of our Supply Chain & Operations service line within Strategy & Consulting, operating across industry groups alongside Supply Chain & Fulfillment, Operational Process Transformation, and Responsible Value Chain. In our team you will: Learn at the forefront of the industry, providing actionable insights to top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies and improvements they can implement quickly and at scale. Play a central role in enabling our Sourcing & Procurement capabilities, working with some of the world\’s best companies to help the CPO and business partners address critical issues such as procurement transformation, strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, intelligent procurement, responsible procurement, and M&A integration. In this role you will: Support delivery teams in formulating and executing procurement transformations and spend management initiatives. Assist in strategy-to-implementation of procurement\’s digital and analytics capabilities, including SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Jaggaer, iValua, etc. Deliver procurement transformations aligned with client challenges, creating capabilities and analyzing financial data to support cost reduction programs. Help clients leverage digital solutions like RPA, IoT, Blockchain, Analytics, and AI to enhance operational strategies. Maintain an understanding of technological advancements across digital, analytics, and procurement ecosystems. Build trusted client relationships, present findings, and support business development efforts. Execute client engagements and develop junior team members\’ skills. Required skills include: Ability to analyze complex client problems and understand financial-performance links. Support in new business origination and sales processes. Experience in program management and large-scale project delivery. Strong client relationship skills and ability to communicate clearly. Preferred experience: Consulting or project delivery experience from top-tier firms or large organizations. Functional experience in procurement categories, sourcing, and supply chain capabilities. Knowledge of procurement technologies and digital disruptors.
