The Social Value Partnerships Lead is responsible for fostering, managing and growing our voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSE) ecosystem. Together with our VCSE partners, internal teams and community stakeholders, the Social Value Partnerships Lead will develop and promote existing/new initiatives that align with public sector objectives and local needs, creating measurable impact.
- Build and manage high-trust relationships with external partners and internal teams to co-design, create and deliver Social Value programmes.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that meet local needs, align to client requirements/government strategies and support Accenture’s Social Value objectives.
- Own end-to-end offering development process for use across all Public Sector opportunities.
- Work with legal and procurement teams to run due diligence and support partner onboarding.
- Work with the Social Value Lead and Accountable MD to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
- Use data and storytelling to translate impact into narratives for clients, stakeholders, and the wider industry.
- Represent Accenture at industry events.
- Provide input into the evolving Social Value vision and strategy.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Deep understanding of Social Value policy and landscape.
- Experience designing and/or delivering social impact or investment programmes with SME/VCSEs.
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of identifying, shaping and promoting best practice in Social Value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
