This role is part of Accenture’s Next Gen Engineering team. As a member of our Next Gen Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:

Next Gen Engineering is the home of our dedicated technology people who are focused on engineering memorable and differentiated customer experiences. We are looking for experienced DevOps/Platform Engineering Managers to join our vibrant community of Platform Engineering professionals, encompassing knowledge and experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, and Internal Developer Platforms/Portals, based at our London offices on a full‑time, permanent basis.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• You have experience designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines for automating software delivery.
• You have hands‑on experience with cloud automation tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform) to provision and manage infrastructure as code efficiently.
• You should have a deep understanding of system performance optimization for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You should have a deep understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and security monitoring in the cloud.
• You have experience integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Snyk, Aqua Security, or HashiCorp Vault for secret management.
• You should have strong collaboration skills to work across development and infrastructure teams on cloud infrastructure management.
• You should have experience in setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting for improved system observability.

Tech Stack: GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Gitlab, Synk, Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, Elk, Splunk.
