Responsibilities:

  • Support the end to end Sales activities in delivering Accenture's security offerings across our cyber resilience, cyber protect and cyber strategy domains that covers areas like security governance, cloud, AI, cyber strategy, risk assessments, identity and access management and managed security services.
  • Learn skills to implement security resiliency and compliance measures to complex technical transformation and capability enhancement projects.
  • Experience working within the Industry sectors top clients, including critical national infrastructure and clients of national significance with both IT and OT cyber security risks.
  • In the Sales Capture Lead role, you will be responsible for leading and winning large, complex cybersecurity deals — from early pursuit shaping through to contract signature.
  • Qualify and lead the sales pursuit of new opportunities for Accenture clients leveraging our Accenture Industry Specific security teams and our security capabilities to drive customer growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients or customers by researching and targeting appropriate leads, whether through your existing relationships, cold outreach, networking events, social media, or other channels.
  • Effectively convey the value proposition of our cyber security capabilities or services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships externally with our clients and internally within Accenture.
  • Lead joint account planning sessions between Accenture and our ecosystem partners to align and accelerate existing opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of client-facing experience with demonstrated experience closing large, complex cyber programmes of work.
  • Proven experience in sales roles, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets in the last 3-5 years.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients effectively.
  • Proven experience working with Board and C-Suite level contacts.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledgeable about the threat landscape and cyber risks for clients within the specific Industry sector you apply for.
  • Knowledgeable about the regulatory landscape for clients within the specific Industry sector you apply for.
  • Knowledge and experience of security standards, procedures, reviews and automation.
  • Familiarity with IT and OT security risks, challenges and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Industry best practice and applicable standards for Cloud Security.

Set yourself apart:

  • Familiarity with common frameworks within the Industry sector you apply for e.g.: NIST, NISD, ISO27001 and CIS controls.
  • Knowledge and experience of AI Security – frameworks, recent individual training and evidence of selling AI-enabled Sales proposals and content.
  • Experience of selling cloud-based solutions and platforms.
  • Deep Ecosystem partnerships with the leading Security products and platforms.
