As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:
- Leading Order to Cash workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes, with accountability for end-to-end O2C process design and delivery
- Owning O2C scope across the full lifecycle, including order management and contract-to-order considerations, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition alignment, credit management, collections and cash application, dispute and deduction management
- Acting as the primary finance O2C design authority, ensuring solutions are business-led, fit-to-standard where appropriate, and aligned to CFO priorities
- Facilitating client workshops and design forums, translating commercial and operational requirements into robust finance process designs
- Managing dependencies between O2C and adjacent finance processes, including Record to Report and financial close
- Working closely with SAP delivery and integration teams, while retaining ownership of finance outcomes and business requirements
- Supporting programme leadership with clear status, issue management and decision recommendations
- Contributing to practice development activities, including shaping O2C transformation approaches, supporting proposals and bids, developing reusable assets and points of view
Qualification
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience delivering Order to Cash transformations within SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC programmes
- Broad understanding of SAP S/4HANA O2C capabilities, including FI-AR and billing integration, SAP SD from a finance and revenue perspective, credit management, collections and dispute processes, cash application and clearing, experience aligning O2C processes with revenue recognition principles, including awareness of event-based revenue recognition and IFRS 15 concepts
- Understanding of how O2C design impacts revenue and margin reporting, working capital and cash flow, financial close and controls
- Strong grasp of commercial and revenue models, including pricing, discounts, rebates and deductions
- Understanding of customer master data, profit centre and reporting structures, and their impact on finance insight and control
- Awareness of controls and compliance considerations across O2C, including order approval, billing accuracy and revenue assurance
- Ability to assess finance process trade-offs and make informed recommendations in complex environments
- Experience leading O2C workstreams through fit-to-standard discussions, business process design, testing and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging finance, sales and operational leaders
- Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments with multiple dependencies
