In our team you will:
- Work closely with clients, translating their business and functional requirements into SAP design documents.
- Lead a functional team and stay on one project for an extended period.
- Contribute to the Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 transformations, ensuring seamless business transformations.
As an SAP OTC Functional Consultant you will:
- Be an integral part of our SAP delivery projects, acting as a Functional Expert in a specific area.
- Utilise your strong business process knowledge and in-depth expertise to design effective and efficient solutions for our clients.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- At least 3+ years of SAP OTC and CRM experience or SAP experience with an OTC and CRM background.
- At least a full E2E lifecycle implementation of all phases.
- Ability to work directly with clients on business transformation initiatives, ensuring a Fit to Standard approach for SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Understanding of client persona and user journeys to design solutions from a user perspective, focusing on employee experience and customer experience.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies for project execution.
- Capable of creating or providing input into a test plan and managing defect management for the functional area.
Desirable Skills:
- Broader understanding of S/4 HANA technology landscape, S/4 HANA Migration, and complimentary or third-party solutions.
- Aspire to work towards SAP S/4 HANA cloud certification in their functional area.
- Experience on SAP public and private cloud projects at any scale.
- Interest in specializing as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific area of OTC and CRM.
