SAP Delivery Lead Associate Manager

Overview

As an SAP Delivery Lead, you will use your in-depth SAP expertise to coach and manage a team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients\\\’ requirements as well as plan and budget. You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with Accenture and client colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders will help you deliver value now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the delivery team to design, build, and implement SAP solutions that meet client requirements.
• Plan, budget, and manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery centers and distributed teams to drive solution delivery.
• Operate in multi-vendor or hybrid environments with client, third parties, and contractors.
• Apply different project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) across delivery lifecycle phases.
• Manage stakeholders and customer satisfaction, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Mentor junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
• Handle international projects or work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrate leadership and communication excellence; provide clear explanations of complex solutions and ideas; deliver effective presentations.
• Possess at least a relevant bachelor\\\’s degree from a recognized institution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years SAP experience across several disciplines/functional areas.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
• Experience leading a distributed delivery team, including offshore delivery centers.
• Experience delivering in multi-vendor or hybrid environments (client, 3rd parties, contractors).
• Experience across delivery lifecycle in multiple phases with different project management methods.
• Stakeholder management and customer satisfaction focus; effective communication and collaboration.
• Results-driven, customer-focused with a proactive can-do attitude; excellent presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants.
• Experience handling international projects or working in a multi-cultural environment.
• High level leadership and communication skills to explain complex solutions clearly.
• Relevant bachelor\\\’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Desirable: S4/HANA experience.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Focus within S/4 implementation on data migration, cutover, test management, mobilization, and coordination with solution architects for scope management.
