As a Salesforce Front Office Consultant (Marketing & Data) you will:
- Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our clients.
- Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments.
- Drive creativity and innovation in solutions to deliver value for clients and Accenture.
- Support pre-sales activities including helping shape and present solutions, and associated estimating and planning for delivery.
- Develop further skills in Salesforce, solutioning, project management, and client engagement through hands-on experience and training.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Direct client-facing Salesforce solution consulting and delivery experience.
- Proven hands-on experience analysing, designing, building, testing, and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud alongside other leading ecosystem products.
- Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business-centric, outcome-oriented dialogue.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience working with clients to understand business and technology requirements through meetings and workshops.
- Salesforce certified in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- An understanding of the role that predictive and generative intelligence will play in front office domains such as Sales, Service and Marketing.
Set yourself apart:
- Experience delivering Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce.
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience in relevant industries.
- Data Architecture experience, certification and understanding.
- Pre-sales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning).
- Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network.
- Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
- Genuine curiosity and interest in Marketing opportunities and challenges in Enterprise organisations and an understanding of key Marketing KPIs.
- Evidence of working in an agile manner applying leading methods and techniques such as Design Thinking.
