Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Resource Manager to join our Secure Transformation Services (STS) team. This high-impact role is essential in strategically aligning a workforce of 400 Security Cleared technology professionals with evolving client demands, team capabilities, and individual career aspirations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will balance business performance with talent development, while driving efficient, inclusive, and forward-looking resourcing practices. Reporting directly to the STS Head of Resourcing as part of the STS COO team, this position offers significant visibility across STS Leadership and delivers a true DTE-level impact.

Salary: Competitive salary and package dependent on experience.

Please Note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history (typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK) and declaration of being a British passport holder with no dual nationality at the point of application.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Allocation & Chargeability: Lead the allocation of technology talent across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and alignment with availability, skills, and development goals.
  • Personnel Development: Support people development through regular check-ins, feedback, and career planning conversations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with account leads, delivery leads, and team members to proactively manage resourcing challenges and forecasting needs.
  • Well-being & Inclusion: Champion well-being, diversity, and inclusion across the practice, ensuring our people feel supported and valued.
  • CV Ownership: Own and manage the internal STS CV process, ensuring timely updates and continuous improvement of content and structure.
