We’re looking for a proactive Senior Operations Manager to join our Accenture Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Operations Team. This role is critical in leading the delivery of nameplate reveal content and managing Stage Gate timings for full end-to-end vehicle projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for launch delivery, building strong relationships across Accenture Song and JLR’s Comms, Launch, and Product teams. You’ll bring operational excellence to complex automotive marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication across global workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program & Project Delivery
- Lead Stage Gate project planning and delivery for vehicle nameplate programs.
- Monitor and manage key milestones, timelines, and deliverables across the full launch lifecycle.
- Ensure all inputs are aligned and deadlines are met by working closely with Accenture teams (Account Management, Project Management, Production).
- Escalate risks to delivery early, with proposed mitigations, to avoid impact on timelines or quality.
- Serve as the primary contact for reveal delivery with both internal teams and JLR stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to client briefings, weekly launch updates, and brand planning sessions.
- Present project status, delivery risks, and updates to senior stakeholders through clear, actionable reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive reporting dashboard to provide visibility on project health by Stage Gate.
- Lead Accenture’s Master Brief Response process—collating key inputs, summarizing progress, and aligning deliverables.
- Own and manage the Demand & Capacity forecast, ensuring future project alignment and resourcing needs.
- Act as the central operations lead across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Accenture Song and JLR Comms, Launch, and Product teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support the team by clarifying priorities, managing expectations, and aligning efforts with program goals.
Experience/Skills:
- Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix.
- Experience working in an advertising agency is essential.
- Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience project managing global processes.

- A clear communicator, in person and writing.
