You’ll work within a cross-functional team to diagnose processes, design AI-enabled solutions and drive change with clients. You’ll engage with leading platforms and contribute to a growing practice at the forefront of agentic AI in operations. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 30 days vacation per year /li li private medical insurance /li li 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead end-to-end process diagnostics using process mining, data analysis and operational assessment across supply chain, procurement and operations /li li Design agentic AI solutions including orchestration frameworks, agent workflows and integration architecture /li li Direct consulting workstreams with scope, quality, timelines and client outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams /li li Define redesigned target processes, roles and governance reflecting AI-enabled operations /li li Translate AI potential into deployed solutions using platforms and emerging agentic frameworks /li li Apply decision intelligence to translate problems into AI-enabled decisions and workflows /li li Lead change management including stakeholder engagement and capability building /li li Identify growth opportunities, shape proposals and contribute to client development /li li Coach junior colleagues and contribute to AI assets and methodologies /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 6–10 years of experience in process excellence, intelligent automation, data and AI, or supply chain consulting/operations /li li Strong process thinking and data analytics with experience in process mining (e.g., Celonis, Minit, UiPath Process Mining) and Lean Six Sigma or structured redesign /li li Ability to translate supply-chain problems into AI-enabled decisions; knowledge of AI, ML, GenAI, RAG and decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera Technology, Palantir) /li li Practical exposure to AI, automation or agentic technologies (RPA/IPA, LLMs, multi-agent frameworks) and capacity to engage with engineers and data scientists /li li Working knowledge of supply chain, procurement or operations processes and ability to engage operational stakeholders /li li Delivery track record leading multi-stakeholder workstreams in ambiguous environments /li li Strong facilitation, storytelling and stakeholder engagement; ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences /li li Cross-industry experience in Industrials, Consumer Goods, Retail, Energy, Life Sciences, Logistics or Financial Services /li li A relevant degree; certifications such as APICS, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma or data/AI certifications are advantageous /li /ul ul li analytical and curious mindset /li li client-facing confidence /li li facilitation and storytelling /li li Celonis /li li Minit /li li UiPath Process Mining /li /ul
