This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. We work alongside client partners to drive change and unlock lasting impact, preferring peer collaboration over time spent in office. The Associate is a frontline change agent, providing reliable data and rigorous analysis that forms the basis of real-time decision making for the improvement team.
Responsibilities:
- Coach client analysts and line managers, building relationships and ensuring improvement plans are rooted in the client’s real-world context.
- Provide rigorous, accurate insight to support the prioritisation of improvement opportunities and use root-cause analysis to resolve implementation issues.
- Support client idea owners with technical and analytical assistance to ensure ideas succeed.
- Validate benefit streams and flag under- or over-performance relative to expectations.
- Develop leadership skills to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the methodology becomes part of the client’s way of working long after the engagement ends.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with distinction-level results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics.
- Demonstrated passion for results.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills; ability to respond clearly under pressure and use visual tools independently.
- Above-average proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
