As an Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, you will:
- Architect, design and deliver Oracle HCM cloud solutions for a range of industry organisations.
- Be independently accountable for delivery of solutions and Oracle HCM cloud transformation programs.
- Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders.
- Collaborate as a key member of the delivery and sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups.
- Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates.
- Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
- Mentor and coach more junior members of the team.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience of implementing multiple modules across Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Position Management.
- Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable solutioning technical aspects of HCM, including Data and Integrations.
Set yourself apart:
- Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences.
- Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people.
- Exposure in one of the following areas: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or robotics process automation.
