As a User Researcher at Accenture you will work with a team of creative and passionate UX Design specialists responsible for creating user‑centred designs for digital products and services. The role spans multiple clients across various industries and focuses on championing User‑Centred Design across all products and services as part of delivery best practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead on planning, recruiting and conducting user research sessions to support the design and development of digital client services and projects.
- Lead the research process from developing user recruitment briefs through to conducting sessions remotely or face‑to‑face, analysing sessions, report writing and presentation to your team and stakeholders.
- Align user research activities to influence and support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with product owners and service managers to devise appropriate research strategies that will generate focused insights.
- Convert concepts and emerging findings into high‑quality stimulus material.
- Work closely with designers and developers to translate user data and insights into actionable requirements that feed into prototype development and influence product direction.
- Participate as part of Agile delivery teams, ensuring advocacy for users while supporting client issue resolution.
- Share knowledge within the UX & Design Team and continually learn new skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience as a User Researcher.
- Experience working with Government Design System (GDS) standards.
- Experience as part of an Agile Scrum team.
- Strong advocacy for users and a proven ability to navigate a user‑centred design process.
- Portfolio demonstrating User Journeys, Personas, User Research, Prototyping, User Testing, and User Interface Design.
