As a Delivery Specialist, you will:
- The ability to successfully and competently manage a number of critical client projects, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- An adaptable approach to work, with an ability to take on a variety of delivery-oriented tasks.
- A deep, broad understanding of delivery approaches and best practice.
- Understand technical information and concepts and translate them into business/operational-focused information, while instinctively questioning what is presented.
- Be highly organised and able to plan for short, medium and long-term objectives, and guide a team to meet those objectives.
- Design and implement measurement and reporting of metrics to inform delivery improvement activities.
- Identify ways to improve software delivery and own the implementation of improvement activities.
- Have a strong service-oriented attitude and a cooperative, mature approach to working with a client, in a team, and as an individual.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be experienced in delivering Agile at scale and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Aware of modern delivery operating models (e.g., DevOps).
- Familiar with agile delivery tools to provide clients with clear, concise, and dynamic communications.
