Responsibilities
- Analyse business problems and design digital and technology solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital and technology projects.
- Initiate, design, implement and debug software components and data products.
- Apply appropriate development and project management methodologies such as ISO standards, Waterfall, and Agile.
- Lead or participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Apply legal, ethical, social and professional standards to all deliverables.
- Analyse and report on the performance of networks and systems.
- Conduct cyber‑security risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience.
- Research, evaluate and apply innovative technologies and approaches.
Qualifications
- GCSE in Maths and English (grade 4‑9 / A‑C).
- Passion for technology, logical mindset, strong problem‑solving ability, and communication skills.
- Potential to adapt the apprenticeship to reflect existing knowledge.
