In this role you will:

We are looking for the following profiles and skills:
Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of: Communications, Media & Entertainment, Software & Platforms, High Tech, or adjacent technology-driven industries. You’ll bring a strong consulting toolkit, industry curiosity, and a proven ability to drive client impact.
You should emphasise expertise in any of the following areas:
- Delivery Orchestration
- Familiarity with delivery approaches and best practices, with an eagerness to apply these to support successful project delivery
- Ability to analyse and prioritise key activities, assisting senior team members in creating value-driven results
- Ability to manage risks, supporting the team in proactive problem-solving.
- Data-Driven Consulting
- Experience in data analysis and its impact on business decisions
- Exposure to data management and governance principles, with the ability to learn how data strategies are shaped
- Ability to synthesize data into clear and compelling narratives and to present insights
- Familiarity with market-leading data and technology vendors, with a willingness to learn how to integrate their solutions in client engagements
- Process & Architecture Design
- Experience of customer journey mapping and designing future-state processes
- A keen interest in emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI, AR/VR) and an ability to identify innovative use cases that drive growth
- A foundational understanding of digital architecture, with the desire to grow deeper expertise
- SMB Growth
- A willingness to learn and develop expertise across SMB-focused initiatives like dynamic marketing, right-touch sales, and seamless services.
- Awareness of the SMB ecosystem, with an interest in applying that knowledge to assist in delivering value for clients
- Client Management
- Track record of developing client (or similar) relationships through co-creating tailored solutions and understanding the client’s business needs
- Participate in shaping and supporting the delivery of transformation programmes

Set yourself apart:
- Relevant consulting experience and/or experience within the Communications, Media, Software & Platforms or High-Tech industries, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving outcomes through collaboration and innovation
- Experience or interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Security, Big Data, or Blockchain, with a willingness to grow in these areas
- Exposure to key industry areas, such as SMB sales and engagement, marketing, regulatory readiness, scaled operations, trust & safety, social commerce, payments, cloud solutions, gaming, or IoT
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Agile, PRINCE2 certifications) where applicable
- Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience with a focus on strategy, transformation, and business growth
