As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:
- Leading finance workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes
- Owning end-to-end intercompany accounting design, including cross-company postings, intercompany AR / AP, intercompany invoicing, clearing, netting and settlement
- Driving intercompany close and reconciliation, ensuring scalable processes, robust controls and timely resolution of mismatches
- Acting as the finance design authority for intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise structure, reporting and CFO priorities
- Translating transfer pricing requirements into practical finance processes and SAP-enabled solutions
- Facilitating design and decision workshops with finance, tax and treasury stakeholders
- Managing dependencies between intercompany processes and adjacent areas such as Record to Report, Supply Chain Finance, Group reporting and consolidation
- Working closely with SAP delivery teams while retaining ownership of finance outcomes and business requirements
- Supporting programme leadership through structured issue management, decision papers and progress reporting
- Contributing to CFO&EV practice development, including shaping intercompany and transfer pricing transformation approaches, supporting proposals and bids, developing reusable assets and points of view
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience delivering intercompany finance transformations within S/4HANA programmes
- Deep understanding of intercompany accounting processes, including matching and reconciliation, clearing and netting, period-end close and eliminations
- Solid understanding of how enterprise structure impacts intercompany design and reporting
- Experience with or strong awareness of SAP intercompany capabilities
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and operating models
- Ability to translate transfer pricing requirements into intercompany pricing logic, margin and markup models, operational finance processes
- Experience leading intercompany workstreams through fit-to-standard discussions, finance process design, testing and deployment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate finance, tax and treasury perspectives
- Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation environments
