In this role you will:
- Deliver HR Consulting projects to define Talent Management solutions encompassing the key elements of the talent lifecycle including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent strategy and Talent Management programs and processes along with the supporting operating model and technology enablers.
- Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise.
- Support the growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence within the area of Talent Management.
- Support in creating market relevant Talent Management points of views, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s HR consulting and overall T&O.
- Delivering with consistency and excellence for our clients.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Proven track record in delivering talent management strategy, programmes and/or processes.
- A passion for Innovation and Technology trends, understanding the Talent Management ecosystem and how leading-edge technologies and data can drive organisation objectives while supporting the employee/colleague experience.
- Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
- Understanding, and preferably experience in driving employee experience centric process optimisation efficiencies in talent management processes, leveraging latest thinking including through the use of Robotics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
- Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
