The Opportunity:
- To support the configuration and delivery of IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementations, translating functional designs into system configuration and supporting the successful execution of delivery under the guidance of the Functional Lead and Solution Architect.
In this role you will:
- Functional Configuration & Build: Configure Maximo modules aligned to defined functional designs and best practice. Support implementation of asset hierarchies, workflows, job plans, and maintenance strategies. Assist in translating requirements into system configurations.
- Delivery Support, Stakeholder Engagement, Quality & Governance: Support delivery across design, build, test, and deployment phases. Work closely with the Functional Lead / SME to deliver agreed functional outcomes. Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and validation. Participate in workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders. Support documentation of requirements, processes, and design outputs. Assist in business adoption, training, and readiness activities. Ensure configuration aligns to defined standards and design principles. Maintain documentation and support requirements traceability.
- Technical & Integration Alignment: Work with technical teams to support integrations with ERP, PLM, and other systems. Assist in validating data flows and ensuring alignment with defined architecture. Support delivery of solutions aligned to non-functional requirements.
- Process and Data Implementation: Support implementation of target business processes and ways of working. Assist in defining and populating data structures, asset records, and master data. Support data migration, mapping, and validation activities.

Qualification:
We are looking for experience across a selection of the following skills:
- Experience working on IBM Maximo / MAS implementations in a functional or configuration role.
- Understanding of core EAM processes (asset management, work management, maintenance, inventory).
- Experience supporting configuration of enterprise systems or similar platforms.
- Understanding of business process mapping and system configuration.
- Data structures and data quality considerations.
- Ability to work within delivery teams under senior functional and solution leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder support skills.
Set yourself apart if you can demonstrate some of the areas below:
- Experience in Aerospace & Defence and/or MRO environments.
- Exposure to asset-intensive, regulated industries.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability approaches (e.g. FMEA, RAMT).
