Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end technology delivery for Retail/Consumer Goods transformations, guiding cross-functional teams to successful go-lives. You will serve as the primary interface with clients, managing risks, dependencies and budgets while applying Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Retail/Consumer Goods transformation projects or workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (developers, testers, business analysts, third-party vendors) to ensure quality, on-time, within-budget outcomes
- Act as primary delivery interface with client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, issues and dependencies
- Drive adoption of delivery best practices (Agile, SAFe, hybrid) tailored to client context
- Coordinate workstreams across retail domains (digital, supply chain, store, customer platforms)
- Lead or contribute to AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions delivery with architects and data engineers
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients to support account growth and assist proposal/commercial activity
- Support and mentor junior team members to build delivery capability within the team
Key requirements
- Track record delivering complex technology programmes in retail and consumer goods
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams (10+ people)
- Ability to manage programme budgets, governance, and senior stakeholder reporting
- Hands-on experience with Agile and waterfall delivery approaches
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to flag risks to margin and support negotiations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable with senior client audiences and ambiguous environments
