Overview
In this role you will guide end-to-end Enterprise AI delivery within Accenture’s SAP Business Group, shaping architecture and governance across client engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive design sessions with senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery quality through all deployment gates. You’ll influence platform direction and translate capabilities into tangible outcomes for clients. This is an opportunity to impact large-scale SAP AI programs with an emphasis on security, provenance, and enterprise-grade scalability.

Responsibilities
- Architectural authority across the full Enterprise AI stack for client engagements
- Lead client-facing technical design sessions with senior management
- Own delivery quality across five deployment gates from subaccount to production handover
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (Accenture engineers, client BTP/basis, security, functional leads)
- Govern security and compliance requirements for AI platforms (model routing, egress, data masking, access control)
- Develop and package AI delivery assets (ingestion templates, graph structures, prompts, runbooks) for repeatable deployment
- Review architecture trade-offs and lead Cortex technical sessions with client IT leadership
- Manage roadmap sequencing under execution pressure (milestones, performance targets, UX refactors)
- Lead status updates and design sessions with client senior management; represent Enterprise AI in leadership forums
- Provide mentorship and onboarding to engineers, setting priorities and giving feedback
Key requirements
- Architectural leadership across Enterprise AI in a multi-team, enterprise environment
- Experience leading client-facing technical design sessions with senior management
- Proven delivery leadership across multiple teams through complete deployment lifecycle
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance for AI platforms
- Ability to review architecture decisions and drive technical sessions with client IT
- Experience taking AI delivery assets from pilot to repeatable methods
- Track record of managing roadmaps under pressure and coordinating cross-workstream efforts
- Direct supervision and development of engineers, with onboarding and performance feedback
- Informed point of view on enterprise SAP AI direction and credibility in client discussions
- Hands-on depth to review architecture trade-offs without day-to-day implementation requirement
- Experience with Claude Code, MCP-based tool integrations, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks
- SAP ECC or S/4HANA architecture depth (data dictionary, CDS views, RICEFW)
