Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce programs in a Delivery Lead or Program Manager role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across all business levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods industry processes and challenges.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), including Consumer Goods Cloud with exposure to Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and TPM.
  • Experience working in complex, integrated enterprise environments, working in a consulting or system integration environment.
  • Experience on Agile methodology, use of related Agile, Automation and DevOps tools.
  • Ability to lead distributed teams and operate effectively in a global delivery model.
  • Strong understanding of how to apply Salesforce innovations (including Agentforce) and AI for increasing productivity of the delivery team.
  • Experience in defining strategies for global Salesforce implementations and migrations, including coordination across regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring, innovation, and delivering client impact.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
