Travel/Mobility Requirement: Flexibility to travel to client site where required.

Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As a PAM Consultant, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Identify and assess risks related to privileged access, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts.
  • Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
  • Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.

Qualification

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements.
  • Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Desirable Skills

  • Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support PAM operations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
