Responsibilities

  • Work on projects to transform the workforce across National Security clients
  • Drive growth of people‑consulting capabilities in the National Security practice
  • Act as the face of Accenture to the client in engagements, working with senior stakeholders to advise, challenge and coach as needed
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business and lead issue‑based discussions grounded in a clear understanding of client challenges and barriers
  • Cultivate trust‑based client relationships
  • Identify and address client business issues through root‑cause analysis and by applying pragmatic, results‑driven problem‑solving techniques and creative insights
  • Use a human‑centred approach to solve problems, frame opportunities, and achieve innovation through collaboration and co‑creation
  • Own streams of complex work that meet client expectations on delivering value‑centric, data‑driven outcomes
  • Lead teams to deliver excellence to the client
  • Be a people leader, creating an environment your people want to work in, and managing the day‑to‑day work of your team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Analytical problem‑solving skills and continuous improvement techniques
  • Strategic thinking skills and the ability to bring insight to complex problems
  • Experience designing and/or implementing operating models and organisational design
  • Change management, leadership development, culture advisory, and workforce transformation expertise
  • Experience working with National Security clients and driving new business opportunities
  • Ability to operate at all stages of a project/programme lifecycle, from proposal through full delivery, managing risks and working with senior client partners
  • Data‑driven design or delivery of consulting services in National Security
  • Technology experience in designing or delivering transformation in National Security (e.g., cloud platforms, CRM platforms)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders

Set Yourself Apart

  • In‑depth understanding of the National Security landscape
  • Experience owning and managing relationships with senior leadership (clients or internal stakeholders)
  • Training in Change Management, Agile methodologies, programme or project management techniques (e.g., Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes) and/or Design Thinking
  • Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik)
  • Exposure to current technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, CRM platforms)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Applicants must hold current enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) clearance aligned to a National Security organisation.
