Responsibilities
- Lead focused project teams across a range of A&D clients & problems.
- Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and lead the execution.
- Coach and develop members of the team to deliver excellence.
- Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams.
- Work alongside client teams to help them implement recommendations to deliver value.
Location and Travel
Home office can be in London, Manchester or Newcastle. This role is client-facing and involves travel within the UK.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defence industry, with prior consulting experience or leading transformation and change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of: Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Engineering, Complex programme delivery.
- Exceptional creative problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Team leadership experience.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English.
- A passion for Aerospace & Defence, technology and innovation.
