Overview
In this role you will support regulatory data migration activities within Veeva Vault RIM implementations, focusing on data analysis, mapping, quality, and migration execution.
You will collaborate with business SMEs, migration leads, and technical teams to ensure accurate data transfer across global regulatory organizations.
You will contribute to readiness, cutover planning, and documentation to enable smooth regulatory transformations.

Responsibilities
- Support regulatory data migration activities for Veeva Vault RIM implementations
- Analyze source system data structures, regulatory processes, and data relationships
- Assist data mapping, transformation rules, and migration specifications
- Perform data quality assessments, cleansing analysis, and reconciliation
- Support migration testing, validation preparation, and defect management
- Collaborate with business SMEs, migration leads, technical and testing teams
- Support requirements gathering, user story development, and backlog refinement
- Assist with integration and cross-system data flow analysis
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions on migration readiness and cutover
- Contribute to documentation including mapping specs, migration protocols, reports, and process docs
- Key requirements
- 3–6 years in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharma R&D
- Experience with Veeva Vault RIM implementations or regulatory migration projects
- Understanding of regulatory data domains (submissions, registrations, products, HA interactions)
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, reconciliation, or master data management
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders across teams
- Understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Jira or ALM)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced transformation programs
- Veeva Vault RIM certification(s)
- Experience with migration testing and validation
- Exposure to R&D platforms like Veeva Vault Clinical, e TMF, CTMS, or Promomats
- Experience with regulatory compliance or enterprise transformation programs
- Consulting experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Jira, HP ALM, Tableau, or migration reporting tools
