In this role you will:
- Lead HR Consulting projects across HR strategy, HR process & experience re-design, HR function optimisation and HR-led enterprise transformation.
- Own client relationships and help to lead our clients to deliver leading HR transformation initiatives.
- Empower Analysts and Consultants through coaching, mentoring and people leadership.
- Challenge our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future.
- Design and develop innovative HR operating models, including Service Delivery Models.
- Help to grow HR Transformation by getting involved in sales processes.
- Facilitate HR workshops or meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Develop innovative HR thought leadership and assets to help re-define the role of HR for our clients.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale, global HR transformation programmes.
- Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills.
- Experience in HR Transformation, HR Optimisation, HR Operating Model and Organisational Design.
- Excellent understanding of latest HR trends, strategy, and operations value levers.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and bring innovative thinking to the workplace.
