In this role you will:
- Lead major, complex transformation programs at UK and global financial services clients covering a wide range of data and data transformation programmes.
- Lead complex consulting engagements with significant client interactions often under significant regulatory scrutiny.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advising senior stakeholders in developing solutions to challenges around their data, data technology and data management challenges. This will involve utilising your skills and experience across risk, business process, technology, data, analytics and AI and presenting back solutions to stakeholders.
- Be agile and agnostic to solutions as you work in different client circumstances and as financial services clients adapt their practices and level up their maturity and skills.

- Support in development of sales proposals and offerings, building commercial and business acumen
- Contribute data and data management SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience working within financial services either in an advisory, analytics, operational or leadership capacity covering data risk, data management, data governance and modern data architecture.
- Understanding of regulatory expectations and regulatory guidance related to data such as BCBS239 and experienced in undertaking data programmes in financial services.
- Experience in the use/potential use of AI to improve how data sets are used, managed, monitored and reported in financial services.
- Strong background in developing semantic representations of data, implementing modern data tooling, managing teams on data lineage, quality and enrichment.
- Strong programme management and team leadership skills. Operates leading and within large teams and directs specific team delivery activities.
- Experience in creating solutions to complex technology business problems through in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
