In our team you will learn:The latest industry innovations in fraud prevention from Behavioural Biometrics through to GenAISkills in the latest technologies that support successful fraud prevention such as cloud & advanced analyticsHow changes in the way that we live and spend our money on impact on fraud trendsHow to deliver innovative solution to tight timelines working as part of a team in a project delivery capacityHow to build and develop your own brand and career working in the Accenture risk teamHow to mange some of the most complex and large-scale transformational projects specifically in fraudIn this role you will:Advise clients on improving fraud prevention, detection, and response utilising skills and experience across policy, process, technology, and data & analyticsWork with the latest technologies to solve problems related to fraudUnderstand and solve complex business problems and present back solutions to stakeholdersBe agile and agnostic to solutions as you work with different client circumstances and as fraud & financial crime evolves at an ever-increasing paceHave the opportunity to work for global clients with opportunities to travel if you wishWrite point of views on industry trendsLead and support in development of sales proposals and offeringsContribute fraud SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholdersCoach our teams and develop their skills and knowledgeContribute to the Risk practice community and build a network across Accenture & clientsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:Experience of leading a fraud or financial crime function either in an advisory, analytics, operational or leadership capacity ideally within Consulting, a Bank, or a public sector organisationUnderstanding of the latest fraud regulations specifically the PSR APP Reimbursement regulationsExperience working with fraud technologies such as Feedzai, Featurespace, Falcon, Actimize, SAS, Quantexa etcExperience in delivering, presenting, or using fraud analytics outputs to help inform policy or action against fraudUnderstanding of how data & analytics can be used to prevent & detect fraudDemonstrable project management and project delivery experienceExperience or knowledge of agile delivery methodology including writing or contributing to user storiesDriving engagement with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyExperience managing medium to large teams, experience of managing remote teams is beneficialStrong MS office skills specifically in PowerPoint & ExcelStrong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written and presentation skillsCommercial awareness to lead commercial engagements and spot market opportunitiesAbility to work across both Technology and Business stakeholdersSet yourself apart:Experience in writing points of view or presenting on fraud trends and latest fraud prevention technologiesExperience working on a fraud project using Agile delivery methodologyExperience using data & analytics to solve fraud & financial crime problemsKnowledge of latest payment industry trends and impact to fraud & financial crimeNatural leadership and the ability to establish trust-based relationships and work through organizational change and/or expanding ecosystem relationships, developing, and delivering creative solutionsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsConsulting experience or ability to work in a consulting environmentStrong project management skillsProven presentation skills, personal impact and ability to lead meetings, presentations and workshopsStrong client/business-facing experience with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior internal and client stakeholder managementWhat’s in it for youAt Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.
