Role Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on improving fraud prevention, detection, and response strategies using policy, process, technology, and data analytics
  • Utilizing latest technologies to address fraud-related issues
  • Understanding and solving complex business problems, presenting solutions to stakeholders
  • Adapting solutions to various client circumstances in a fast-evolving fraud landscape
  • Engaging with global clients and opportunities to travel
  • Writing industry trend points of view
  • Leading and supporting sales proposals and offerings
  • Sharing fraud SME knowledge with stakeholders
  • Coaching team members and developing their skills
  • Contributing to the Risk practice community and building networks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in fraud or financial crime functions within advisory, analytics, operational, or leadership roles, ideally in consulting, banking, or public sector
  • Knowledge of fraud regulations, especially PSR APP Reimbursement regulations
  • Experience with fraud technologies like Feedzai, Featurespace, Falcon, Actimize, SAS, Quantexa
  • Proven ability to deliver and utilize fraud analytics outputs for policy and action
  • Understanding of data analytics in fraud prevention and detection
  • Project management and delivery experience
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user story development
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in team settings
  • Experience managing medium to large teams, including remote teams
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness to lead engagements and identify market opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate across technology and business stakeholders

  • Experience in writing industry points of view or presenting on fraud trends and technologies
  • Experience in Agile project delivery for fraud projects
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to solve fraud problems
