As a Workday Core HCM Lead, you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
- Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
- Leading diverse and disparate teams and guiding them through the implementation.
- Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
- Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Set yourself apart:
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
- Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up to date Workday HCM certification.
- Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance.
